ITECO Russia LLC has successfully and on schedule completed the redemption of its most recent third issuance of digital financial assets (CFA) in the amount of RUB 300 million.The issuance was carried out in accordance with Resolution No. ITEC-1-DTPF-022026-00003 dated August 22, 2025.

Earlier, in December 2025, ITECO fully and timely redeemed the second CFA issuance in the amount of RUB 300 million (Resolution No. ITEC-1-DTPB-122025-00002 dated March 17, 2025). In August 2025, the company successfully redeemed the first CFA issuance of the same amount (Resolution No. ITEC-1-DTPB-082025-00001 dated February 17, 2025), which had been placed in February 2025.
